Is eden the same as "Eden AI" (edenai.co)?
No. eden at meeteden.ai is a consumer personal AI concierge operated by Eden AI Lab Inc. "Eden AI" at edenai.co is a different company, an AI API aggregator and LLM router for developers. They are unrelated products.
How do I use eden, and which messaging apps does it work on?
You use eden by messaging it like you would a person. It is live on WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage, so there is no new app to install or learn. You tell it what you need in plain language and it handles it.
What can eden do for me?
eden books restaurants, flights and travel, runs errands and purchases, drafts and sends email, manages your calendar, and keeps on top of your follow-ups and deadlines. eden is free to use. There is no subscription. eden earns a small commission from merchants and suppliers on purchases it makes for you, so the service pays for itself without charging you a monthly fee.
Is it safe to let eden handle my inbox and pay for things?
Yes, and it is built for exactly that worry. Every customer runs in their own isolated, single-tenant virtual machine, not a shared pool. Your logins and payment cards are stored encrypted in 1Password and filled inside your machine, so the agent signs in and pays without ever seeing the secret. Every payment needs your PIN approval, and you pay the merchant directly. eden also screens the content it reads for hidden instructions that try to hijack it, and it never trains AI models on your data.
Does eden remember previous conversations?
Yes. eden is built on proprietary memory technology that gives it a near-unlimited context window, so it remembers what you told it and connects it across every conversation. It keeps improving its understanding of your preferences with each interaction, which is what lets it predict and act rather than ask you to repeat yourself.
How does eden pay for things on my behalf?
eden pays using its unified agent wallet: one balance your agent spends from, funded from any bank, card or crypto wallet, that bridges the web2 and web3 worlds so eden can pay wherever cards are accepted. Your cards and logins are stored encrypted in 1Password, eden never sees the numbers, and every payment needs your PIN approval, with the merchant and total shown, before it goes through.
Does eden train AI models on my data?
No. Your conversations, recordings and connected-account content are never used to train or fine-tune AI models. eden sends your content to its AI model providers only to produce your result, and your data is hosted in the European Union wherever you are.
Is there an Eden Ring?
Yes. The Eden Ring is eden's wearable that captures your in-person conversations into transcripts, summaries and follow-ups that feed the concierge, with more hardware on the way. It is part of eden, not a separate product.
How do I get access to eden?
eden is in early access. New customers join the waitlist and are invited in batches. More than 13,000 people across 60 countries are already on it.
